    What efforts are being made to “QUICKLY” provide a process to engage that traditional American energy and ingenuity to create jobs where most jobs are traditionally create- by grass roots entrepreneurs ?

    What incentives can we provide to apartment complex owners to go green?

    Given the enormous number of people who rent, rather than own a home that they can modify, it makes sense to provide incentives to apartment complex owners in addition to homeowners.

    Make commuter railroad systems mandatory. And stop building roads, roads, roads as Southern OR is doing. We need trains, get big rigs off the roads also.

    Most scientists now agree that Global Warming posses a threat to our society. Even through many reports have been published, congress still has been doing little or nothing in response to these reports. Why?

    Education is the key to creating an informed public that can make clear decisions about such global environmental issues. We have to push for environmental education that resonates with thepublic and makes it clear how their every day decisions increasingly affect a global population.
