Medicare for all! It's a "brand" people trust.
We need to push for Medicare for all. The only way to get it passed is by harnessing an overwhelming groundswell of popular support. So why not play the hand we've got? Medicare has a much better reputation than private insurance, and that's for a reason.

Why is no one pointing out the the gross immorality of our current for-profit healthcare system?
We currently have a system where the healthcare industry profits off the death and sickness of individuals. Does no one see that this is wrong? Why should businesses be making profit off a person dying of cancer? Aren't we as a society better than this for-profit framework?

Why not address the inherent conflict of interest with "for profit" insurance?
Single payer will eliminate the inherent conflict of interest that all for profit companies cannot escape. The health of the insured is secondary to the needs for profit and the stockholders. We cannot have reform until this is honestly addressed.

Tell the truth -- are you killing single payer because there's no campaign contributions in it?
The health insurance companies contribute heavily to both Democratic and Republican candidates. By taking single payer off the table congress is assuring itself of continued campaign funds while denying Americans the right to health care.
